Dr. Dorin performed a concentrated treatment consisting of 638 follicular units: Thinning is evident throughout the top but most apparent in the frontal third. Number of grafts for treatment determined by total donor supply, minimization of hair shock, and future hair loss considerations. Patient very pleased with this initial restoration. She will monitor her pattern, may do further treatment down the line. Breakdown: 428 singles and 210 duos
